Client lists, provided electronically or on diskette, are downloaded into our computer system. Each address is then compared to those contained in a database supplied to us by the US Postal Service of which we are licensed. Addresses are then standardized, corrected and if requested, duplicates are eliminated. ZIP + 4 or a PostNet barcode is added to recognizable addresses allowing for faster delivery time on both 1st Class and Standard(A) mailings.

Mail Sorting is the key to saving you money. AIMS has professional staff trained in the preparation of sorting mailings. The finer the sortation, the better the discount.

AIMS will process your mail to achieve maximum postage discounts for your company. Generally, about 90% of a clients' mailing list are "qualifiable" for reduced rate postage. Letter discounts on qualifying First Class Mail range from 4.6 cents per unit to as much as 6.2 cents per unit and discounts on Standard(A) Mail can reach 8.1 cents. Greater savings apply to mailing flats and catalogs.

Your own databases, special distribution and mailing lists can be maintained and updated on an on-going basis. Customized mailing lists are available to you for: residential, business, professional, consumer prospects and can may be selected based on local, national and/or international demographics.
