Our Sports & Recreation program, a group also known as the Enfield Stars, empowers individuals with disabilities to get active, build lasting friendships, and learn valuable teamwork skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Beyond the field, court, or pool, our program is about building a community where everyone belongs. The Enfield Stars provides a space where athletes can feel the joy of competition and the pride of accomplishment. Through sports, individuals learn to set goals, work with teammates, and build a sense of self-confidence that extends into all areas of their lives.

Our program is a powerful vehicle for inclusion. By bringing athletes, volunteers, and family members together, we foster an environment of mutual respect and understanding. Our athletes not only develop their physical abilities but also their social skills and a sense of community.

Our Approach

We believe in the power of sports to teach valuable life skills, including teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship. We are committed to making our program accessible to everyone and welcome any individual who requires assistance to bring a family member, friend, or helper to practice and events.
