Allied’s Vocational Programs create a win-win partnership between local employers and individuals with disabilities who are ready to contribute to the workforce. Our professional staff provide ongoing support at no cost to employers, helping businesses find trained, dedicated, and reliable employees who bring enthusiasm and diversity to their teams.

Cost-Effective Support

  • Employees are placed directly on your payroll
  • Allied’s professional staff provide ongoing support to employees at no cost to employers
  • Businesses may qualify for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) ranging from $1200 up to $9600 per employee, depending upon the category and hours worked.

Program Types

Individual Placement One-on-one job placement with ongoing support for employees in various business settings.

Group Vocational Programs Team-based employment opportunities at local businesses, or in one of Allied’s microbusinesses, with all employees on the employer’s payroll and eligible for WOTC benefits.
