Our professional staff provide ongoing support at no cost to employers, helping businesses find trained, dedicated, and reliable employees who bring enthusiasm and diversity to their teams.

Cost-Effective Support
- Employees are placed directly on your payroll
- Allied’s professional staff provide ongoing support to employees at no cost to employers
- Businesses may qualify for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) ranging from $1200 up to $9600 per employee, depending upon the category and hours worked.

Program Types
Individual Placement One-on-one job placement with ongoing support for employees in various business settings.
Group Vocational Programs Team-based employment opportunities at local businesses, or in one of Allied’s microbusinesses, with all employees on the employer’s payroll and eligible for WOTC benefits.
